Spirituality is what makes me me and you you. It is the power, the energy and the hopefulness in a person. It is
what is deepest in us - what gives us direction and motivation. It is what enables us to become ourselves and be at one with
life.
We are all unique individual expressions of life and when we affirm our differences and approach them as a source of
enrichment we remove any obstacles to unity. The focus of our spirituality becomes practising its essence rather than
defending it.
In Truth ~ One Spirit's contribution to practising its spirituality is to create and officiate at tailor-made
weddings, funerals, blessings and other life passage ceremonies. Furthermore, we hold inspirational workshops, coaching sessions
and offer non-denominational spiritual counselling for people of all faiths or none.
The aim is to connect people to the power within themselves, or to whatever speaks to their heart, and to the unity
of all things.
